At MRCOOL DIY Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your unit.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the uninstalled MRCOOL system in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the return label and RMA number clearly to the outside of the pallet or box, then drop off the shipment at an authorized freight carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
